My name is Phyllis and I love working with gorgeous silks, painting and dyeing them. I mostly use silk dyes in cheerful, happy colors. My goal is always to create beautiful, very wearable scarves. I’m always exploring new dyeing and painting techniques. Such as batik, some tie-dye methods and serti, just to name a few. And, then it’s really fun to combine techniques to come up with something, hopefully entirely new.
My other hobbies are crocheting, sewing, reading and making treasuries.
All my scarves are ready to be shipped. You’ll receive the scarf in the photos. I do all the painting and dyeing as well as the designing of the scarves in my smoke-free home. I take great pride in my work and in giving the best customer service. I will pack your scarf in gift packaging tied with a ribbon (to the US it will be a silver gift box) and I'll ship it to you or a friend right away (usually the same day). I usually ship via USPS Priority to the USA. Insurance and tracking is included at no additional charge. And if this is a gift I will be happy to include a message from you. Just go ahead and enter your message in the Notes to Seller section of the order.
